Khandelwal Digilabs is a software company based in Betul, Madhya Pradesh. It began within our family's agarbatti manufacturing and distribution business, where we built billing, dispatch, payroll and receivables tools for our own team.
Those tools still run our business every day. BillSmart grew out of that work and now serves shops and businesses well beyond our own.

How we think about software.
Start from the shop floor
We design around the people who will use the software every day, not around a feature list.
Keep it simple
Fewer screens, fewer steps and plain language. If staff need training to use it, we have more work to do.
Use what already exists
Existing phones, computers, printers and accounting data come first. New hardware is the last resort.
Prove it on our own business
We use what we build in our own business first, so problems are found by us, not by our customers.
